Christmas morning !!

I just woke up the girls to open Santa's presents !

It was so sweet, Jasmyn opened her first present and then asked

Saige for a hug (which we all know Jasmyn is not a huggy, kissey

kind of girl) so when they were done hugging I asked Jasmyn

why she wanted a hug from Saige and she said "because this

is the best day ever!"

we went to the girls' halloween party at the school, it was a lot

saturday live is always so much fun to go to and this year i

didnt have any babies to take so i really got to involve myself

update...

the school year has started and it started off pretty good! saige loves 5th grade! she has all A's, B's and C's, we are working on no C's.
Jasmyn was sad to find out she wouldnt have the same teacher as last year but she ended up loving school anyways! Jasmyn's teacher said that Jasmyn works real hard and likes her work to be perfect! how sweet!!
Kaneesa is doing great, she likes to count even though she says "2 9 2 9 9 2 9" but she is working on it! oh she did say five today, lol.
Amren will turn one on the 22nd! we had his party on the 19th and it turned out real good! Ammy has six teeth! and is trying real hard to walk!
so all is good here!

Dying Easter eggs is so much fun, probably because i have thee goofest kids ever... i wonder were they get that from!?

i love playing games so this year we had an egg scavenger hunt inside the house and outside we had an egg relay race. mike and saige were on a team and jake and jasmyn were on a team.
it was funny to see jake and mike race, they went real fast were saige and jas went real slow!

My big brother nash and i had a car just like this growing up, we loved the car so much. we even put our cat fluffy in the back window, so three years ago when i saw it at a garage sale i had to get it! jasmyn has used it, kaneesa and now amren is!

we are not going to get pinched!

this year is starting to go by so fast! so we didnt do to much for st. patricks day but the girls and i love to dress up, so we just had some fun with that.

kaneesa had climbed in there all by herself, kaneesa is an amazing climber! she climbs in her high chair and she can do pull ups using the side of our counter, its amazing how far up she can pull herself up!

you cant see this one to clearly but unfortuntley she got a hold of the cute tips and that was when she was addicted to putting things up her nose but fortuntley she did not get hurt. she has such a great reach especially since she can pull herself up a ways onto things that i had to toddler proof my house. kaneesa is so much more into and doing strange things unlike saige and jasmyn when they had been one. kaneesa is by far my hardest, she keeps us on our feet and laughing though!!

my mechanic...

amren loves scooting on his back and he is real good at it!
he accidently scooted under the couch the other day and he loved it. now he scoots over to the couch to play with the skirt of the couch. i cant keep him away from it!!

update galore!!

i finally got the fence i have been wanting! shorter than i wanted but it was in my price range! LOL

so much has been going on, ill try to catch up right now. michael bought a rhino ( and there has been a lot of news going around about the recall, so i kind of dont know if i feel to safe but he insists that all is okay) and of course the kids love it, even ammy has been on it!!
here are the guys putting up my fence! now it just needs to be nice outside so the kids can go out and play!!

also jasmyn lost her second tooth and like her first tooth she lost it so she did not get to put it under her pillow! but she did tug on her tooth and it came out! she is so so brave, so she was excited to see it and hold it. I told her she should put it up on the counter on the book so she wouldnt lose it and she begged me to hold onto it just a bit longer. sure enough she lost it! but of course the tooth fairy came! maybe the third tooth will actually make it under her pillow lol!!
so not only did we get a fence, a rhino which we have named Kola hot cakes and jasmyn's second tooth fell out but I got lasik done on my eyes! it went very well, no pain and hardly any discomfort afterwards, now I can see !! I love it! hope all of you are doing great! cant wait to see some of you this summer!

my little boy brings me such joy and many laughs, Iam so blessed to finally of had a boy!!

Amren is such a good baby, he is laid back and very happy. He seems to be pleased at all times, no matter what we happen to be doing!!

amren's nursery...

so iam finally getting around to posting amren's nursery pictures. His nursery was done back in august!
this light switch i bought and painted. then i made copies of curtain fabric i had and then i exacto knifed out the images and pasted them on the light switch

this crib was jasmyn's when she was a baby

i have had this picture forever! i like it a lot and had always hoped i would have a boy so i could put it in his room. and i finally got my boy!

here i took my fabric that iam using for my curtains and had it copied at UPS, it was real easy just keep blowing up the image tell its the size you want

i made these curtains, first time i have made curtains, my mom was great at making things like this, i kind of remember some things my mom said about making curtains but not everything so i just went with the basic fold the corners and sew.

it was hard to decide what theme to go with, the bed sheets are zoo animals in pastel colors and the curtains and some decoration are ocean mammals but i really really wanted to go with lions because i LOVE lions but i didnt like all the brown and dark yellows, but i kept some of my favorite lions around

this dresser was my moms, it was all white before i painted it. knowing my mom she is happy that i took the dresser and fixed it up to match the nursery

out of all of my kids this has been the first nursery ive been able to do. it was a lot of fun!

"Is the tooth fairy rich?"

jasmyn was a bit shy to show me her loose tooth, but i eventually

got her to smile! when i was explaining to jasmyn how the whole

tooth fairy thing works, at the end of me talking she said "is the tooth

fairy rich, thats a ton of money to give for ALL the teeth everywhere!"

as usual iam behind on posting, this was awhile back and jasmyn has lost the

tooth, which she didnt even relize she lost and we couldnt find the tooth

anywhere, but i reassured her the tooth fairy could find it! and now as of

today she had the big tooth comming in and another loose tooth.

i will have take a picture of her now, its hard to get jasmyn to smile

for a picture unless she is being goofy, ill try though!

Kaneesa loves to dress up, so whenever we put hats, glasses

or masks on her she leaves them on. its real cute to dress her

up!!

has to try it on, the kids loved it so much i had to buy it!!

reached to get it because before i knew it he was

Starring! Vanilla and Chocolate!!!...

ever since the girls were very young saige , jasmyn and i would always put on

dance shows for my mom and jack and whoever happened to be around. we would

start off by making tickets for our show and come up with a name for saige and jasmyn

(which has always been fun givin they are so diferent)

then we would practice a dance and pick out outfits. i would give out the tickets and introduce them to

the audience. we have always had fun with this especially when three summers ago i found two boxes of dress up clothes at a garage sale, which did not sit very well with my soon to be husband but... tradition must go on!

i LOVE to have parties! the last time i had a "Holiday" party was in march of 05,

i had a st.patricks day party for saige, it turned out real good.

i have been wanting to do another party

but have been so busy that i havent, so i decided to do a valentines party for both girls.

we ended up with 11 kids total, it was real fun. here are some pictures...

saige tried out for a musical for the venture theatre and she got the part as a sheep! so did her best friend summer, they made cute litte sheep!
i was kind of far away, at least to far away for my camera, so they didnt turn out to good

saige had a horrible cold the night before her play, she woke up with a temp and stayed home from school, she had to perform three times that day, she was so upset that she was sick, so she slept all day until one and then went to school to perform twice for the kids and then i picked her up after school and then she slept again tell 5:15 and got ready for her performance for the parents, she did a WONDERFUL job sick and all!!!

saige wanted a cell phone or a ipod, i didnt want to get her either just because she is only nine so i got her the crammer which has games and music, quizzes and more, and its for her age so she was happy with that! thank goodness!!

jasmyn really wanted batgirl and no matter how many times i said are you sure, "she is more for looking at then playing with," she still wanted it, and iam so glad i bought the barbie, she love it!!!

Santa came...

saige and jasmyn are at the age where they pretty much play the same things, so 'Santa" had to kinda of get them the same things, for example they each got a Ken doll but their Ken dolls look different... Saige last year found out Santa wasnt real and she cried, it was kind of sad, but now she is my helper, Jasmyn is still into Santa, so thats fun since Kaneesa is still a bit to young.
when jasmyn was little she LOVED elmo! more than kaneesa if you can believe that, so i happened to of kept jasmyn's talking elmo, it just didnt work because the batteries were dead. So Christmas morning i put in new batteries for Kaneesa and she Loved elmo!! she danced and played with it all through out the day, it was real cute to watch, she even hugged him and carrid him around!

Christmas decorations...

our Christmas tree, that the girls decorated so niceley, our new stockings i bought. I bought our stocking holder about 5 years ago, i thought they were really neat because you can put a picture of who evers stocking it is , come to find out you can only put a couple of items in the stocking before it all tips over, the stocking holders need to be heavier.

its been so neat having a boy, sometimes i still cant believe that i was given the chance to raise a boy. its been different already, i love buying girl clothes but it has been a lot of fun buying boy clothes. amren is a very good baby, he has been fussy and crying around nine at night lately, it seems to be getting better now though. he loves when you talk to him and he even tries talking back. jasmyn seems to be his favorite, he will smile at her a lot. amren still has blue eyes, they are a darker blue, i hope they stay!

this is my saige when she had brown hair, when she got a little bigger she used to stop her swing by grabbing the poles of the swing!

this power wheels was a present to saige from her grandparents roger and luAnn,

she rode that car all the time, i was always charging the batteries!
This was the easter where saige really enjoyed finding the eggs, there was even this little hill that her and i were at the top of, and saige saw an egg at the bottom of the hill so instead of walking or running to get to it, she rolled down the hill! if i find the picture of that i will post it.

saige n jasmyns report cards!

i am really proud of saige this year, she is doing great in school and her teacher says she talks a lot but stops talking when she asks saige to stop. which is way better than last year, i believe its because saige actually likes her teacher this year and cares what the teacher thinks of her.
saige got one c, two b's and three a+'s and the rest a's! her favorite subject is science.

my jasmyn who just started kindergarten is doing very well also. her teacher says she is very quiet but very smart, jasmyn also likes her teacher a lot. jas did great in all her subjects also. jasmyn isnt on the letter grading yet, which i like letter grading, its easier to read. jasmyn's favorite time is center time, where they go to diferent centers, each center having something else for you to do.
